There is a 2 hour minimum for onsite service. If your computer has to be brought to our lab there is only a pick-up fee ($35) regardless of the diagnostic time. Our hourly rates vary depending on the type of service required.
In addition to our affordable hourly rate we offer monthly maintenance packages. -
Standard Package: $800 10 hrs a month on-site . Includes 5hrs m-f 9-5 / 5hrs 24/7
Premium Package: $1500 20 hrs a month on-site . Includes 15hrs m-f 9-5 / 5hrs 24/7
